07c blue Cabas

….ANOTHER Cabas!! TouchDown. We LOVE the blue demin colour of the slightly smaller version of Chanel’s VERY popular Cabas bag. While this newer incarnation of Fall’s vinyl tote sensation in black is almost double the $995 retail tag, it is more manageable and fashioned from a distressed leather. Also available in ivory, this may be a new staple to Karl’s de riguer bag selection joining the Classic and 2.55 for seasons to come.

Shyly posing beside Ms. Cabas is a lovely neutral (though dubbed “red” on the tag) handbag….which rather unfortunately resembles a football. Silvertone hardware on the side detailing helps break up the skirmish, but still a bit awkward in shape–especially at almost $2K. No Superbowl here.
