Cher – we BELIEVE!

I do think that it is worth elaboration that the Auction that Cher held through Sotheby’s at the Beverly Hilton Hotel last month was not simply to re V-A-M-P her pad. There is no shame in recouping some bucks for finery you have shelled out good money for even as a celebrity. Cher, however, has taken a portion of the proceeds to support a fund to help the maxilofacial reconstruction of our soldiers injured in this current debacle in Iraq. This has seemed to get far less press than deserved. Cher has made her self available in the past to other USO charity efforts and from the scoop we hear, she is a very decent person. Bravo Cher — we BELIEVE!
