Apparently, as of November 30 last year, LVMH (Louis Vuitton, baby) will not allow eBay vendors to list their own Vuitton items even if New and Unused for auction in France.

Parisian courts additionally fined eBay 1.7m euros (1.5 Million US) ruling that it had not acceded to an injunction banning sales of LVMH perfumes in online auctions. Also forbidden: fragrances by Christian Dior, Givenchy and Kenzo.

Forget the war on “terror,” this IS critical. Thank God FRANCE has been brave enough to take action to foil this mayhem. I haven’t felt this safe since they locked up Martha Stewart.
