Well, according to ‘Pencil Talk‘ website…….ssssh, don’t break this to Faber-Castell…….

TICONDEROGA is THE BEST PENCIL IN THE WORLD……..I read some of the chat on topic and there seems to be chilling accounts of how once they were manufactured in the U.S. of A., later Mexico, and now: (gasp from the line at the sharpener) CHINA….

I hope there is an accompanying magazine for enthusiasts. I’d love to see the centrefold for next February. Hopefully a #2 Pencil.
