Cherry Picks for April

Naturally YYC favours those lovely blossoms lining the ‘Philosopher’s Walk’ on the path of Kyoto, Japan (some of the most delicate hues of pink in the galaxy…..oh, to find that in a fantasy tweed)…
Surprisingly, loving Lana Marks version of her large “JET TOTE” (Lana Marks, Palm Beach) in Indian Rose crocodile (see Hermes’ rose indienne for inspiration)…

Chanel’s Long Lean Sleeper Jacket of the season–ever versatile black with white contrast buttons (best served on long lean bodies–of course, the more cropped and wearable variety can also be acquired)… Jimmy Choo’s $5K black mesh bag–guaranteed to add that Rock N Roll edge iconoclast to Spring’s pastel hues… Anna Weatherley’s ode to butterflies (Check out the China selection at Neiman Marcus)–save these for tea with the girls since they veer into the emasculation propensities of Laura Ashley (Still, very CUTE if you do that luncheon routine)…

A poof of chiffon, think Hello Kitty bubblebath-by Marchesa–add Rene Caovilla’s silvertone and pink silk chain wrap slippers and Cinderella is ready for her fella.

Finally, that long awaited NAKED Chanel bag a deux. We love the black patent “Classic” version, but much to be said for the manageable (again–tote those 1 oz. sundries through security at the airport in style) Tote. Are we having fun yet?
Of course, YYC’S very favourite Pick of April will be the launch of our new website. BE THERE, Aloha….and yes, James, DAN, and Aaron of Forty Media….THAT MEANS YOU, TOO!!!
