Welcome to the YYC Lack of Chemistry HALL ‘O’ SHAME

While Hayden Christensen and Natalie Portman barely sported a calibre of relationship that I sustain with my FedEx guy they did give it their All for Lucas’ Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. Even Samuel L. Jackson who was able to evoke heartfelt emotion for his part in ‘Snakes on a Plane’ (Soon to be playing on a small, behind the headrest screen on a Delta flight near you…..), gave a wooden performance, and that guy has talent AND presence.

Still, Our Cherry Bomb goes to:

Sean Penn and Nicole Kidman–The Interpreter.

This guy is arguably one of the best contemporary actors alive. This is a guy that made Clint Eastwood cry in his shoot of a scene of Mystic River. He couldn’t convince me that he even wanted to buy Kidman a coke in this film, much less bed her. Maybe he’s too tall.
